Below are some paintings I did during lunch hour. Just to practice lighting and try to convey something in a short time.
I begin the habit of swimming after work, twice a week with a bunch of friends. It is the best thing to end a day.
The painting below was painted based on memory. Values, shapes and their sizes, light, skin color in pool, these are the things i try to memorize.

a few sketches of environment for my bot. Detailing of the robot takes time so I took a step back and think about what would its habitat like.
Did a sketch while I was waiting for my laundry (the bottom pic). I didn't think too much, keep it lose and just play with shapes and lighting.
So I watched Dark Knight Rises again LOL. I do this sometimes, buy a movie ticket mid-day during work to motivate myself to finish up. A reward, an excuse to watch Batman haha. Just realize the bat mask kinda reminds me of traditional Japanese mask in a simpler form and stylized shapes.
